Friday: Quads, hamstrings, calves, forearms. CG v-bar cable squats: 3 x 15 @ 75. Squat press for quads: 3 x 10 @ 300. Hamstrings: 3 x 10 @ 300. Lower quads: 3 x 15 @ 140. Calves: 3 x 25 @ 140. DB wrist extensions: 3 x 15 @ 10's. 2 rest days. Back attack Monday.
