4am here in the uk, Iv just had a coffee and I’m getti n’ my self ready for a short run. It’s either gonna be 2.5mile or 4mile. Decide on this when I get out there and see how I feel. This week I’m trying to bring a little recovery training into my routine. Consisting of 2 shorter 3/4 mile runs in the week building up as I get closer to my half marathon And 1 longer run at the weekend. Again starting with 6/7 mile building up By trying to cover the same mileage through the week in two short runs it will allow me to recover quicker and step up my larger runs quicker. I reckon I could get a mile every two week Feeling positive again today. Glad I fought the cravings and stuck to plan yesterday. Have a great Tuesday !
