I got a peleton for an early Christmas present!! Its amazing. I spent my Friday night getting it set up, no room in my tiny gym so I had to put it in the kids basement area. Took a 45 min class, pretty sure I died. Then, I couldnt unclip my shoes! Lol finally figured it out.

Legs B late this afternoon: sumo DL focus! Totally wimped out on abs. I meant to do my hanging wiper abbetizer, but the racks were busy and when one opened up I grabbed it and forgot about my abs. Began with 2 warm-up and 3 working sets of SLDLs, then dove into sumos. Still having issues with my right ham/glute, though more when lowering the weight than lifting. 2 warm-ups and 7 working sets, topping off at 265x5 (my first try at 265 got cut short after 2 reps due to a phone call). Didn't try for 275 this time. Supersetted these with wide stance leg press and lying leg curls. Then 5 supersets of front squats + calf raises on the leg press. And finished with 2 sets each of Eric's 3-position cable extensions and curl machine just to feel good :-) I'm feeling my legs tonight!
