Didnt get a chance to post my workout yesterday but knocked out a 2 mile run with some sprints and then body weight exercises. then today did a 30 min HITT workout with some stretching and body weight exercises. this has been a good week i really started to push it a little harder then before and felt good. Now just need to finish the week out strong and crush it and push the bar even further then this week. Keep kicking butt FIT FAM your support and motivation keep me going everyday.
