SHOULDERS/BICEPS/TRICEPS. First workout in a week and a half because of COVID. My body is still fatigued from being sick last week, but my workout went much better than I thought it would. Looking forward to being back to 100 percent soon 🙂

In order to make your legs grow you have to be willing to experience pain you didn't think possible... but it doesn't stop there! You have to embrace the pain and push through it until your body can't do another rep... Then you take a few moments while in pain to go again and again.. it must be done! The look of pain while trying to get oxygen back in to my system!

Hello fitfam! Ive missed you guys! Though i would Hop on and share a little about my 21 day Challenge. With the meal guide and workout plan i have lost 5 pounds in 8 days! havent been lifting as much weights but still using them once and a while along with my bands. Hope everyone is doing great gonna go love on some of tour posts now! ❤️❤️💪💪
