70 Days to the Mr. Olympia event. This is my favorite event of the year. Past few years the pandemic completely disrupted everything. It used to be held in September. I start planning ahead and get days off just for this week. Everyone knows not to call me lol! It doesn’t matter if I’m at my peak physique or at holiday weight (September usually top shape… December we will see lol) I always feel inspired and motivated like I belong. This is the one time when I wish I had a friend that understood this passion. Usually my event guests are overwhelmed by the incredibly developed physiques walking around these events and I can read the judgment in the eyes… lol. Being a fitness freak (with the body to show) is an honor, some people just don’t get that. Truth of the matter, not everyone can attain freak levels. That’s why it’s easier to judge than to just plain admit that your level of discipline is lacking. Steroids blah… 70 Days!!!! Yes!!!!

Finally hit legs and did the two most important staples to see how much  strength I have. Did 135 4 sets of 2 on squat and 155 3 sets of three. I was surpised. Ready to get this muscle memory back! Feeling mentally better every time I go! Always a good therapy session! Finally got a decent leg and glute pump.

So Im lookin at my workout logs here and I see my last bench was on the 3rd when I did 200lbs. My current 4 yr old PR is 210lbs.For tomorrow Im kinda thinkin I should rest one more day, but Im also kinda wanting a shot at the title....what do yall think?????? #roadto225

Tonight's workout - 485 lbs deadlift. It's a PR at this bodyweight of 172 lbs. A 2.8 bodyweight ratio 🙌🏋️‍♂️
