Switched My DE days to Monday and tuesday. DE- Upper 9x3 bench. 3 grips 3 sets each. close,regular,wide 1xfailure wide grip DB flat bench 2x15 90lbs DB shoulder press 3x10 reverse curls laying on 45 deg incline. 3x10 front raises 3x10 JM presses 5x5 tri extensions 3x10
