Smashed my goals today fitfam. I will be headed down to Palm Springs, CA next summer for the USPA Drug Tested National Championships! I only need to add 40 pounds to my triple to have a worlds qualifying total. So, England 2022 is the goal where I will represent the US for the World Championships!

I did 4 miles of running today...increased my speed and decreased. I beat my speed record ...got in 2 increments of 1 minute running on aspeed of 8. 🏃‍♀️
