No surgery for now. Resuming my workouts a modified version but still I'm going to get it done. Going to some therapy sessions. What do I think about all of this? My come back will be stronger and greater than my set back 🏋🏾‍♂️💪🏾👍🏾🙌🏽

EliteFTS Deluxe Sissy Squat. My note: just ordered it. Don’t like squats. So my legs go-to are sled pushing, farmers walk, leg presses, and standing ham curls now this. Have I left something out?
