Happy SuperStrongSaturday!!! The thought for the day is if you give your very best effort toward what you’re working on each time you can live with the results. Do your best and live without regrets. The workout today was 85 minutes on the glider with 5 pull-up assist bands for extra resistance. Then a full body lift with chest flys, lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, dumbbell raises for front, rear and side shoulders, squats and leg extensions topped off by abs a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes.

The Christmas season is a time where it's important to workout and stay healthy. It is also a time where newbies will come to the gym. Encourage them to keep pushin'! Cleaning up after your done with machines, benches, etc. is highly encouraged even more so during this time. Above all, do everything you do for God's glory.
