So a little success story for me here. My regular gym i go to is on a college campus so it closes down whenever theres a break in the semester. So since before christmas ive been going to planet fitness and have been pushing myself really hard on the smith machines because i have no fear of falling when im doing squats or chest presses. Well today working out there has paid off!! I got 315x1 on barbell squat and 315x2 on sumo deadlift! Before the christmas break 295 on squats felt soooo heavy and today i was able to do more realtively easy!!! So even though we all like to rag on planet fitness it really is a place you can grow!
