The heatwave is still here! 98F but feeling more than 100, and no airco ! Just sitting makes you sweat ! I haven't trained for 3 days, but today I'll give it a try and see how far I can push my old body. At least, sweating shouldn't be too difficult lol ! Have a fine day fitfam !
