Well, its been a hot minute since the last workout was posted. Made it through the holidays and a covid quarrantine that had me on the couch for a week while the wife was confined to our room. Couch sucks for sleep and back by the way. Anyhow, secided to take an extra couple of weeks to recharge and recommit. Started this program and i am looking forward to getting back to evening workouts. This was a good place to start for sure.
