No birthday lift for me today. Going to catch a few extra zzz's since I lifted yesterday after my 12.5 hour night shift and have to come back to work again Monday night. Plan is to get off Tuesday morning, kill a workout, then attempt to enjoy the remainder of the day. Wednesday I am off work, will reset my sleep schedule, hit the gym, meal prep, then rest up for 4 12.5 hour day shifts starting Thursday.
