Happy ThankfulThursday!!! The thought for the day is that to be successful we must start. Start where you’re at with what you have, now!!! The workout today was 50 minutes on the glider and then a full body band workout. I’m honored to be on a panel this morning talking about the work we’ve been doing to make my city a better city, reducing violence and increasing jobs. There are a number of representatives from other cities.
