So today was my first workout. For some reason my program was nowhere to be found when I was at the gym. I dont know if it was a glitch or if it was a problem with the internet… anyways, the important thing is that I completed the workout and that I remembered all the exercises that I was supposed to do. So happy that I’m finally back at the gym after 2 years!! Coming back stronger than ever! 💪🏻☺️
