Friday. 9am-11:30am. 313 lb sled push approx 700 feet. 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm. Pec dec flyes supersetted push ups. Flat bench bb presses. Incline bench bb presses. Incline bench db presses. Ez bar 21’s. Db hammer curls. Cable machine high pulley fat rope standing push downs. Flat bench dips.

I have to be at times be smart with my workout. To maximize I combined 2 exercise in one with just enough weight and repetition for me to feel the necessary burn in my back quads and glutes. Hope you re inspired.
