Done with legs training. Felt very good. Ran on the treadmill for 20 mins to burn off the 231 calories. Can't wait to train both arms and shoulders and abs as well on Thursday. But first rest tomorrow.

Seems sleeping is becoming a struggle. Life is so much different than it was when i firdt stsrted on here. My journey has xhangee direction a few times and even lost a feww friends along the way. But still i forge on like many i still see kicking booty!!! Inspiring me to keep going my self
