Cool 100 reps of 75% max

What are the benefits of doing 75% of 1 rep max weight for 100 reps? Ex: I do 225 bench press for 100 total reps. However, reps are from 1-5 pyramid style until I reach 100. I do squats as well. I may include deadlift soon.

Question How many pull-up negatives should I do to increase my amount of regular pull-ups?
