Why don't I feel bench press in chest?

I use a flat bench with dumbells because it's the only equipment I have access to right now. When I do bench presses though I feel it way more in my triceps than my chest.

Need advice on overactive traps

My traps are overdeveloped compared to the rest of my shoulders and back muscles, and because of this I have a really bad habit of shrugging during exercises like cable rows and face pulls. Can I get some help or cues on keeping my shoulder blades relaxed during these lifts?

What kind of belt is this?

I broke a belt on a piece of equipment and I want to fix it. It looks like a car serpentine belt. I have a picture of it but it will not let me post it. It’s about an inch wide and really hard. It is folded over and bolted down to the equipment.
