Sticky Thread Sticky: The Bench Form Thread

We see a lot of threads asking for bench form critiques on this forum. I feel like most of these threads are made because people don’t know how to critique their own form. They just don’t know what to look for. I’m hoping to narrow that gap with this thread. I’m not going to touch on everything,...

Hello All, I recently bought a resistance band set so that I can keep working out when I do not have time to go to the gym. Recently I have found that I prefer using the resistance bands at home rather than driving to the gym. As such I have been working out at home and created my own full body...

I plateau'd on the weighted chinup. Wat do?

I attempted 97.5lb after last week hitting 95lbs for 2 reps. I failed the 97.5. What should I do, leave the weighted chin alon and do other back and bicep exercises, or maybe do the chin but in a much higher rep range for a while? Any advice appreciated and thanks for reading.

Circuit enough to lose weight?

I’ve recently joined a gym where so far, it’s all been circuit training with weights. 5 minute warm up beforehand, and the actual workout lasts 45 min. Think lots of lunges, dips, presses, etc. it’s as fast we can for 60 seconds, then to the next exercise, and so on. I’m averaging 5-10 lbs...
