Sticky Thread Sticky: The Bench Form Thread

We see a lot of threads asking for bench form critiques on this forum. I feel like most of these threads are made because people don’t know how to critique their own form. Cannot arch my back during a powerlift bench press - need to go below parallel?

My 1RM on the bench press was just 125 lb. (57 kg), but that was when I touched the barbell to my chest. My elbows had to drop a whopping 10 inches below parallel. But these lifters below needed little range of motion to fully lock out. And they did not go below parallel on the arms. Notice also...

Hi guys, On cable rows recently I've been noticing a bit of a twinge in my left shoulder, feeling like it comes from right within the joint. I use the "prism" v-bar, chest out back straight pulling with elbows. What am I doing wrong?
