Day#84/Session#82 Arms /Abs Meal #1 post workiut. Today was a hella pump day we used Fat Gripz and they make such a diffrence … Arms blew up super fast using them we used the gripz on everything today even in rope pull downs. Suprapump max. Hope you all have a great day and smash them goalz.

Forgot to enter yesterday's lifting. Have surpassed 6 Mil now in 21 days, so with 10 days to go, will lift either 7.5-8 Mil this month. Always good to start Jan hot! Even though it is freezing outside. TGIF and I am excited about getting some rest this weekend. Plus a litte football, etc. Have a great weekend FitFam and enjoy every day.
