Sunday, spontaneous sessions today. As I have mentioned humorously before, after a ‘certain age’ tostosterone levels look like a volatility index fund in the markets, today I guess mine almost 73 was high so first one of the fastest sled days, many times I ran pushing it (325 pounds on the rough aaphalt surface. Then a pound of grilled chicken and many vegetables, then the garage beckoned: in order: 1) pec dec 4 sets to failure 140 lbs, 2) 100 wide hand placement off low parallel bars pushups, 3)100 dip stand dips, 4) 150 calf stretches off 5 inch wood block, 5)4x12 alternating lying leg curls, 6) 100 pushups off medicine ball, 7) 4x12 inverse leg presses and then the closer, 8) 12x12x787 pounds leg press or 113,328 pounds. Now a pound of ultra lean sirloin steak and reading LOL

New squat shoes! 🏋️‍♂️👟 Sunday's workout - switching it up to low bar squats and glute focused lifts to correct some imbalances/overuse pain, I feel great just after one week!
