Photos of my 12 - 13 week journey of losing weight. I started working with a nutritionist and it chamged everything. I wish i had done this yeara ago. Dropping a couple of more pounds then will add back more calories, carbs, and protein to then fill the muscles out.

Made a breakthrough today- Just shy of 200K and could have done it, but ran out of time. Work. I am finding my strength return daily, and although I am trying to be careful (Sept I get CAT Scan of lungs), I have worked out since July 30 and am approaching 1 Mil lifted in August. Also did 21 hrs of cardio. Got that GO feeling FitFam.
