Good Morning and welcome to Tuesday! Had a very active day yesterday. Two workout sessions and 3 hours of racquetball. Amazingly, not feeling pain in right shoulder. Time to move some iron! Enjoy your day!

Midnight Iron With Brian: Upper Chest, With Triceps 🏋🏾‍♂️👌🏾😎 It's Monday, & A Start To A New Exercise Week! 📅💪🏾💦 Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays Are Typically My "Upper Body Days", W/ Chest, Arms, & Abs On The Roster. Between These Designated Times, I Typically Hit Different Angles Of The Pectorals - Upper, Mid, & Lower Regions, For Each Respective Day. 📃↗↔↘✅ Featured Here Are Decline Pushups - Wherein The Feet Are Propped Up Higher Than The Arms: Which Again Target The Upper Portion Of The Chest, Just Below The Clavicle. 🦶👆🏾🙃 With All My Pushup Variations, I Like Using Dumbbells, As They Provide A Deeper Range Of Motion. This, Coupled With Time Under Tension, Limits My Reps To About 6 At The Very Most. 🔢🥵😅 My Triceps Go-To Are The Good Ole Pull-Downs With The Rope Grip, As They Provide A Fuller Stretch Than Their Metal Bar-Grip Counterparts (IMO). Hi guys, 4 am legs and abs done: 5x20 squats 3kg + 5x12 leg ext 8,5kg, 4x12's bb front squat 3kg + lying leg curls 8,5kg, 3x12's lunges 7kg + lying leg curls 8,5kg, 3x20 standing calf raise 7kg + 3x15 side leg raise, 3x1 min plank, 50 crunches, 2x20 knee/hip raise on par bar, 30 seated leg tucks, 100 stick twists, 3x10x10x10 ball squeezes.
