Decided to stop tracking my workouts for the time being. Really focussing on my training though and results. Seeing what I can achieve over the next couple of months ... if I am happy with progress I will post progress photos and make the decision as to whether I will compete later this year. Upper body day done along with a full cardio session. I'm 5 weeks in and my body feels better with every workout. I'm looking forward to the results on the outside showing up..they are on their way, I can feel it! Let's f***ing go!😁🍕
