A bit short on time today so had to rush taking my pic lol 😂 but I think yesterday was the peak of my head cold 😁 it's still not fully gone but it does feel better than it had the past 2 days so that's awesome! 😁 And after work I had an awesome chest and back workout! 💪

What is your favorite meal to prep? Not necessarily because it's the best for your diet or gains (it can be that too though). But because it's convinient and super tasty!!?? Mine is cut up chicken breast, peppers and mushrooms mixed into a spicy red sauce over bow tie pasta!! Yummy. 🙃

Vids on IG... Speed bench press w/ bands...255 lbs x 3 x 3 (red bands tripled 120 lbs at the top). These should've been a lot faster. Feeling tired and didn't seem to have the pop today. Incline bench press w/ football bar...155 x 8 x 2, 135 x 8. Close grip incline bench press w/ football bar...155 x 5 x 3. Skullcrushers...110 x 8, 90 x 8, 70 x 8.
