Ive jumped up to 240lbs.. i dont think its all fat but im sure a lot of it is beer haha. Time to cut back down to 230 ish…

This cold is killing me, be glad when it’s over. It’s killing my lifts. Strength down, endurance down. I’ve got 45 days to squat 405 and incline bench 300. This two weeks has been a setback for sure. But I lost 10 lbs so there’s a plus.
