12 months on and Achilles still playing up so gp referred me back to the fracture clinic as he's not happy with it either. Still doesn't want me training legs other than non strenuous walking. Costochondritis still keeps flaring up so not allowed to do upper body either. Shoot me now. It would be a kindness. On the plus side, pupster keeps me active
