Bench press day! Missing home & family but also a little relieved to be back in the peace & quiet of my condo in AK & back to my home gym here. I'm glad my daughter is using my equipment in CO but for some reason the bolts were loose on everything. 😂 My family is pretty wild, lots of drama & fighting comes along with the laughter & good times. So I'm exhausted from the Thanksgiving shenanigans. Slept in today, had breakfast delivered, & got a pic of the gorgeous view when the sun finally came up. ☀️
