So the other day my mate told me that since ive lost weight its neat how my shoulders look squared offf, going from horizontal to vertical, like ive lost my traps though she didnt know the name of those muscles. ð¤¬ð¤¬ð¤¬ Sort of like if i had said hey i like the way your butt is bigger since youâve quit dieting. So now im adding in traps to my daily must-do(s).

HD ð- hereâs to a great one! Another step closer to my brief vacation time (not that Iâm wishing my time away at all; just the next few days ð). My workouts are fairly cardio focused ðââï¸ at present with only a couple of weightier days per week plus standard daily body weight stuff, but every little counts ðªð»!
