Happy FlexFriday!!! The thought for the day is you don’t have to be everyone’s cup of tea just be your own cup of tea. The workout today was 50 minutes on the glider with pull-up assist bands for extra resistance and then a heavy full body lift with bench, chest fly, lat pulldowns with varying width of my grip, military press, side and rear laterals with dumbbells, tricep kick backs, dumbbell curls, squats, leg, extensions and leg curls.
