It was about 60 degrees this morning, for a lot of ppl that’s wonderful running weather. For me being acclimated to Az, I like running in 75 to 85 degrees. This afternoon run was a test of my spirit bcuz that sun was right on my shoulders the entire run. This dang weight vest was absorbing all my sweat so it was taking a little more effort to cool down. Not all run can be great runs, but all runs can be a learning experience that leads to great runs... Pushing Forward Being Better🦶🏾🦵🏾🦶🏾🦵🏾🦶🏾🦵🏾🦶🏾
