Another rough week & I'm working through the weekend, but I shall overcome. 💪🏼 It's my rest day & I scheduled a bod pod appt. & a massage for an upcoming CO trip, since those 2 services are not easy to come by in AK. I might book my acupuncturist too. The groundbreaking of my outdoor gym space back home is delayed. My landscapers & I can't find the rubber tile I want ANYWHERE. Every retailer is out of stock. I'm not getting bent out of shape over it though, because I've learned that sometimes the universe has a different plan, & often that plan is a better one.

3 weeks off and i felt like ****...Day one just now...30 Min Elliptical, Negatives wirh Butterfly Machine, and on the Real sit up bars and a little conversation...trying.to get my confidence back...been theiugh a lot of abuse...It will get better Jha?
