Finished Insanity Max 30 Lost only 6 LBS but 7 total body inches so I'm happy 😊 (Always measure yourself!!!!) Started a new program yesterday called 9 Week Control Freak let's see how this one goes 😎

I bought all this ice cream for my soon ice cream party when i get my place fixed up and i cant stay away from iiiiit. Doing good fasting but the ice cream [and 95 100 temps outside] isnt doing me any good !!

Found a hidden stash of some clothes, that happen to be athletics gear so i have stuff to walk in gonna start tomorrow. Just gonna aim for one mile for now and work my way up to three miles. Gonna track my walk with my phone and samsung watch. I thinking ill be down some weight tomorrow. The way things are going to seems like my body wants to lose weight. Im on fire today dont know if its the pre workout or my workout. Hell maybe i have finally done enough to have a two pack. But i know i havent trained that much. I ran so much my legs look good. As i lose weight my legs are certainly shaping up very nice. They look as if i have worked them my quads really look good when i wake up and look at them looks like they are 3 months away from looking life i definitely lift. Im proud of them and my small biceps. At one point when i was running i would do curls tell failure. I would say i have been lifting for 1 year, not consecutively but all in all and have been running 9 years. So my body definitely has shaped up im just over weight from my bulking i really wish i knew what i did after i was bulking. I mean sure eat big lift big works but i like the science behind bodybuilding. I am definitely keeping this up quiting smoking has not been easy the past 2 years but it has happend. I vape now but i would like to quit that. I want to be fit and healthy. I dont drink anymore. Im just excited to see how much progress ill make by this month and the whole summer. I feel that i could reach my goal of 135 by end of summer just need to lose 30 lbs each mounth. And im down 6lbs so 25lbs in 14 days would be nice. Well i will be hopeful my body works with me but no way i can make 25lbs off this month i lose a pound a day when my body is working with me. And im trying to get active everyday to burn more calories. Either way thanks for letting me vent fitfam. Im just so excited from my swoll everyday and pump. With losing weight that i get instant gratification. I know i should need it because im keeping up with lifting and you dont get muscles any other way. But, im trying my hardest everyday. Thanks fitfam for the support. Strength and honor fitfam.
