After a long hiatus, I’m finally getting back in the gym consistently - and it feels good! I mean, It’s been humbling, but good! In 2016-2017 I went from being in the best shape of my life to a whirlwind of life-changing events and challenges, which gave me a million excuses for “not having the time to workout.” So, here I am 5 years later, starting again from square one, but with much more knowledge and confidence - that counts for something, right?! 😁
