Read this book The Yearling. Marjorie Kinnen Rawlings. Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings was an American author who lived in rural Florida and wrote novels with rural themes and settings. Her best known work, The Yearling, about a boy who adopts an orphaned fawn, won a Pulitzer Prize for fiction in 1939 and was later made into a movie of the same name.

Naturally, it’s not hard to find post regarding diet or exercise or imbalances or pain and things of that nature being this is a fitness app. However, be careful who you listen to. One of the largest problems in the field of health and fitness is the over abundance of BAD information. This is something that we have been fighting in the field of health and fitness for years, likely because this is a multi million dollar field. There are a lot of certified personal trainers and people with valid credentials on this site, such as myself. So please seek those people out and learn from the knowledge that they have. I can guarantee you most of us are more than happy to help, because were constantly fighting the battle of BAD information and it gets very frustrating.

Me and my handsome pup not only hard at work today but we’re also changing lives! We have a kid at work whos got horrible social anxiety, is afraid to talk to women and struggles socially in general. In the last year I’m proud to say I’ve earned his trust and he’s now pursuing a fitness journey. He’s already eating within his macro range and has had a few “mini” sessions with me at the gym. He’s told me he’s already feeling the benefits and everyone around him comments on how much happier he is. This is why I love what I do and I love inspiring people. Especially when they can see I’ve had to overcome a lot since I was partially paralyzed. And my sweet momma today asked me to calculate her macros as well! My heart is so full. 💕💕Happy Friyay!
