Day 4.....working out when full body is max sore aint easy! It sucks i have to modify everything, i am embarrassed and i hate it.....but it sucks not feeling good even more! Pain, headache, fatigue.....SUCK IT!!! I WIN THE BATTLE TODAY AND IM GONNA WIN THE WAR!!!! Small changes make BIG differences! Im down 2.4 lbs in one week and more importantly i notice im a tad bit stronger already! Encouragement!!!!

The struggle has been real. A friend challenged me to see what kind of progress i could make in 30 Days. Well here we are 30 days later and a total of 7 pounds lost and 2 pair of pants given to Goodwill because i can't fit them anymore. #60BySummer is still on poppin!!
