Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today for my mid-week lunch escape. Upper and outer chest focus. Some supersets. Did: 4 sets of Hammer Strength incline leverage press, 4 sets of Steeply inclined DB press, 4 sets of steeply inclined DB flies, 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of pec flies on the pec deck (the one where you squeeze with your forearms) 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), 4 sets of WG triceps push-downs and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps kickbacks with a hammer curl finish. Adjusted grips to really feel it in the targeted areas. No huge numbers but still a good pump. Hope that everyone had a great day. Three down and two to go for the week! Have a great night! Bob
