Well....I did not take it easy today...I tested my shoulder and it did NOT like the workout..... especially the lateral raises 😣 but it didn't pop or give out so I guess that's a plus right? Plus I moved (drug) a 6 drawer dresser with mirror from one side of my house to the other by myself lol my husband has been too busy and I'm too impatient and stubborn to wait for when he had time to help lol 🤷‍♀️😂
