Day 46 - Howâs it going Fitfam? Wow how time flys by ....so I finish this program in 5 weeks!!! What does that mean!? It means itâs crunch time!! In 5 weeks I will weigh in ð± I havenât weighed in since Jan & I swear if I donât see the number I want to see Iâm throwing my scale out the window ðª!!! Hereâs a brief recap of my journey....
Started in Mid-Dec - it was a rough start due to my injuries from being hit by that ***** of a drunk driver...
Jan - I wasnât as consistent since my back was still recovering as I was going through physical therapy.
Feb - I got better at being consistent but still rough, towards the end of Feb I got better & stronger less back pain & completed my V-shred 3 mo program.
March - Jumped into this 12 week program & started sharing my progress with all you fine folks...& here we are in
April Iâm killing it, less back pain & praying ðð¼ to God I surpass my 1st milestone of getting under 200 which I know based on my appearance/clothes fitting I have reached & 2nd milestone praying ðð¼ I surpassed what I last weighed 3 yrs ago after losing 60 lbs before 167 lbs & thatâs what Iâm worried about! Iâm so scared ð± that I didnât pass 167 so now itâs crunch time I will be more strict than ever, no distractions, no cheat days!! Getting down & dirty...
as always my lovely Fitfam thanks for all your support you truly help me stay motivated & I send you all a virtual hug ð¤ stay tuned & feel free to keep holding me accountable for any mishaps if I have any! See you all later tonight when I track Chest/Abs today! ðªð¼ I seriously need to go back to my 4am workouts these evening workouts are killing my time to do other things I need to get done. ð
