Had a 4 day weekend and I tried to get some at home workouts in and some cardio sessions in. I did run 2 miles one day and do T25 two days but was on the go all weekend so it made eating planned meals a little more difficult. But its Tuesday and back to cardio warm up then check and back. Keep kicking butt FIT FAM I am slowly getting there but having all the motivation from my fellow FIT FAM makes pushing a lot easier. Kick butt everyone and have a great week.

Legs done and I wanna cry... Your gyrl went Heavy at the Gym today... I did Quads+Calves, Hams+Glutes and lower Back+ABs...smh And all up above, are sooorre! Yeaaa I think Cardio-only tomorrow LoL Have a good one...Later💋
