Sunday legs. Good good session , Squats to warm up Followed up with hack squats, pendulum press,leg press, extensions,leg curls ,sled work , single leg lunges, abductors and glutes. Busy day but got everything on my list done. Have a goal smashing day FitFam. 🦍
