So I bought a scale the other day, first time. And im not worried about weight, but it measures alot of other data points and keeps weekly data historically, which is cool. And im happy to say aftwr a week of ‘trying’ to eat better and focus on certain things, the data points are trending in a positive direction. Even if its just a little, its in the right directuon, shich i think is cool

Lunchtime stair workout 🥵!! First time I’ve felt like vomiting from a workout since playing college ball 🤢... Definitely will be doing this at least once a week 💪🏾💪🏾!!!
