Let’s talk! Are you still hitting the gym hard? Recently I was thinking about hardship and “suffering”. We either suffer from our inaction or from our actions. We can literally choose why we suffer in many ways. We suffer for an employer or we suffer to be self-employed. We suffer from bad health, or we suffer by pushing our limits and becoming healthier. I want to only suffer to become better than I was yesterday. Suffer to rise, rather than suffer from demise. So i started a facebook group.
