Week 3 Day 1 Shoulders, Legs, Core Each set 2 x 30 sec each Bent over fly front raise shoulder press Single side lunge with knee raise (30 sec each side) Goblet squat Sumo squat Dumbbell slide from full plank Side plank with dumbbell reach (30 sec each side) Dumbbell crunch with leg extension I am also planning to do some yoga tonight.
