Happy MuscleMonday!!! The thought for the day is that what you believe about your capibilities is more important than your talent level. I’m a firm believer that most of the battles we face are won or lost in our heads based on our thinking. Today I completed 1,010 consecutive days of workouts for the second time. The first time was when I turned 50 and this time at 60. I know there are different thoughts about working out every day. I do it because it allows me to have the energy, the mental and psychological strength to endure the challenges of life and the confidence to go forward. I’ve been able to impact lives for almost 40 years. I share and post to encourage you all to live your more rewarding life. I’ve had an amazing life and fitness has helped me be my very best me.

I guess I cant use the free blood pressure monitor machine at Walmart anymore. My bicep is officially larger than the average adult norm, so I cant trust its readings. 😁💪🏾
