Has anyone gone dairy free for being lactose intolerance? I do take lactose pills but i haven't noticed a change in phlegm I'm always congested. Advice would be appreciated.

This week has been a bit of a whirlwind at work. Being able to hit the weights has given me a way tk let of steam and release some stress. I was thinkkng that this weeks program was weak as it related to the movements and number of sets but now that I’m do e i am greatful that it was easier coming off a much more complex week and program at the end. Time to ease off for a bit then tap the gas later and get after it. Hope you all get some rest this weekend. I know I will be getting as much as I am able. Until Sunday friends and be well.

Hams and calves. The banded romanian deads were highlight. Killed it in the garage today. Motivation was high and sweat poured. 💦🏋🏾‍♂️🏋🏾‍♂️

Friday. 9am-11:30am. 313 lb sled push approx 700 feet. 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm. Pec dec flyes supersetted push ups. Flat bench bb presses. Incline bench bb presses. Incline bench db presses. Ez bar 21’s. Db hammer curls. Cable machine high pulley fat rope standing push downs. Flat bench dips.
