I knew I could have hit the chest and triceps again, but I went so hard on the shoulders that I never got back around to it. The tang soo do blocking routines with dumbbells really hit the deltoids from different angles, so I didnt heal up as fast as usual. This week should be better, though there will probably be more cardio since there are only a few more weeks to go before the marathon.
